We offer a refund only if you have not generated any lessons or used any AI features. If you have used the service (generated lessons, homework, or chat messages), refunds are not available as AI generation costs are incurred immediately upon use.
Refund is available within 24 hours of purchase IF: no lessons have been generated, no homework has been completed, and no chat messages have been sent. Contact support@sfera.app within 24 hours.
Each lesson, homework, and AI response has a real cost to generate. Once AI resources are used, we cannot recover those costs. This policy protects us from abuse while ensuring you get full value from the service.
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, contact support@sfera.app and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
